Course Details:  Created for civil and criminal trial attorneys, this daylong interactive seminar and workshop will move participants from an understanding of evidence “in theory” to it’s practical application at trial.  Through pragmatic “how to” instruction and skill building exercises, participants will learn to successfully introduce and admit evidence in support of their case.  The course will include instruction relating to lay and expert witnesses, physical exhibits, business and medical records, photographs, recordings and other exhibits.  The course will cover tactics and strategies in making and opposing objections.  Presentation techniques will be refined giving the attorney the confidence and skill to smoothly and efficiently lay proper foundations and introduce statements, documents and other exhibits in a manner juries and judges will accept and understand.
